RadProtocol is for authorized clinical staff. If you have trouble signing in or want to report an incorrect suggestion, contact the administrator at joshossip10@gmail.com.
Your account
- Create an account from the sign-in screen with your email address and a password of at least 8 characters. One account works for both MRI and CT, on the website and in the app.
- Forgot your password? Choose Forgot password on the sign-in screen, or ask your administrator for a reset link.
- To delete your account, open Account in the app, or your account page on the website, and choose Delete account.
Common issues
- The first request after a quiet period can take a few seconds while the service starts up.
- A suggestion is marked for radiologist review: this is expected when confidence is low, a contraindication is reported, or the priority is P1.
- Dictation is not offered: it needs an iPhone that can recognize speech on the device, and permission for the microphone and speech recognition in Settings.
